I am and IT/management consultant with experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Business Process Management and Project Management. This experience has been gained in more than 10 years delivering projects across industries including stock market, publishing, banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, taxation, and health care. Whether serving as Business Analyst, Functional Manager or Project Manager, I have been involved in large projects with multinational impact. Projects deployed in more than 1200 branches, up to seven countries and with more than $90 million in budget, in both, government and private companies.
My communications skills include working with senior management, middle management and operational staff to determine business needs, strategic goals, core value chain, key business processes, and business requirements; facilitating meetings, mentoring, delivering lectures, seminars, speeches and formal training. Volunteering, self-awareness and personal development are some of his passions.
